The SCID-5-CT templates have been designed to be customized by the user. Alternatively, if the template does not include evaluation of a particular disorder of interest in either the inclusion or exclusion criteria, it is recommended that the user select the customization option provided for an additional fee so that the specified criteria can be incorporated in the SCID-5-CT.
