Ilana R Nossel, MD
Overview
Dr. Nossel is an Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center and the Director of the Washington Heights Community Service. Dr. Nossel was previously the Co-Director and Medical Director of OnTrack NY, a model of coordinated specialty care for first episode psychosis being implemented throughout New York State and nationally. She previously worked as Associate Director of the PI Residents Clinic and completed a pilot study adapting Critical Time Intervention (CTI) for frequent users of the psychiatric emergency room. Dr. Nossel practices general adult psychiatry, including consultation, psychotherapy and medication management. She has a special interest in women's mental health and reproductive psychiatry.
