Mission Statement

Our mission is to develop and foster a more diverse and inclusive psychiatric clinical service. We are committed to increasing cultural humility of providers, advocating for greater representation among all underrepresented communities, and emboldening others' existing efforts to make our department more equitable. In doing so, we are strengthening the larger Columbia community.
